Wrapmaster baking film, ideal for making roasting bags or cooking delicate foods such as fish where an item is to be oven baked, but it is desirable to retain the moisture. Either use to coat an entire gastronorm at a time or individually wrap fillets. Alternatively the film can be used to line baking/roasting trays reducing washing up or to retain the shape of foods whilst poaching.
