Product Description

AUTO-DOSING DISHWASH

By mutual agreement Evans Vanodine International will enter into a
contract with their Distributor's for the installation of Auto-Dosing
Equipment, at premises nominated by the Distributor. The equipment
will be installed for the exclusive dosing of the Evans range of dishwash products. The Distributor agrees to supply only the Evans range of products to the User.

PROCEDURE

The Distributor or their representative will inspect the premises where the equipment is to be
installed and complete an INSTALLATION REQUEST FORM and 3 copies of supply agreement. It is the Distributor's responsibility to ensure that sites are commercially viable (Minimum 3 cases per month) Leave one copy of supply agreement with end user and forward the rest to Evans Vanodine. (2 x installation and 2 x Suppliers agreement)
The Installation Request form and 2 x copies of supply agreement must be forwarded to Evans Vanodine. -
Evans Vanodine will sign both copies, retain one and return the other to the Distributor and arrange the installation of the equipment as per the Installation Request Form.
The Distributor will arrange for the Evans range of products to be supplied to the User prior to installation.
If a problem occurs which the User cannot deal with, they must contact the Distributor for assistance. The Distributor should ensure that the problem is one that the User cannot rectify before calling Service Support on 0845 519 3398. 

Please return two copys of both agreements to Kelher Supplies, 3 Hawkshead Road, Croft Business Park, Brombrough, Wirral CH62 3RJ. for processing whilst retaining a third copy for your own records.
