Terms and Conditions of Hire

1.       Goods at all times remain the property of Kelher Supplies Ltd.

2.       Goods will be checked and signed for by Hirer on delivery or pick-up.

3.       Charges for delivery & collection will be given when the order is taken in accordance with table below. Delivery and collections will take place between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. All week end returns are on the following Monday.

4.       No responsibility can be accepted for injury caused by use of equipment hired.

5.       The hirer is responsible to insure hired equipment against all breakages and losses. In the event of damage or loss the replacement cost is due within 7 days of hire delivery. Replacement costs are outlined below.

6.       A refundable security deposit of 20% of hire is required on all hire agreements.

7.       All packing boxes and dividers will be charged for if not returned.

8.       Substitute items will not be accepted as returns.

9.       Hired goods must be returned by the date and time agreed or further charges will be incurred at a rate of the daily charge x number of days late.

10.    Kelher Supplies Ltd accept no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of the hire or performance of goods from Kelher Supplies Ltd

11.    Each hire is subject to our cleaning service to ensure a high level of hygiene is maintained which is charged at 10% of total hire charge.

12.    All prices are based on a minimum of 2 days hire and exclude VAT at the current rate. All payments to be made with a credit/debit card, cash or bank transfer before the date of hire. If paying by Cheque please present at least 7 days before hire date.
